These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Syifa Bites website (syifabites.my) and any orders placed through it.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Syifa Bites reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

All products listed on our website are handcrafted, halal-certified baked goods made fresh in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order placement is the price you will be charged.

Product images are for illustration purposes. Slight variations in appearance may occur as all items are handmade.

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Custom orders require a minimum of 5 working days’ advance notice.

Payment is processed securely via ToyyibPay. We accept online bank transfers, debit cards, and credit cards as supported by ToyyibPay.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days (RM 10).

Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (RM 20).

Self-Pickup: Free of charge from our kitchen in Johor Bahru during operating hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 6 PM).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Syifa Bites is not liable for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.

Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under normal circumstances.

Exception: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Syifa Bites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions. Customers are advised to review ingredient lists and contact us if they have specific dietary concerns.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
